We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Refund for cancellations within 24 hours may be offered on a case-by-case basis

No refunds are provided for no-shows.

Session tickets and gift vouchers can be transferred to another person if notice is given and approved by Caira - Sound Therapy.
