All bookings must be booked online via our booking page.
Payments are requird upfront to confirm your booking. We accept card payments, unless otherwise specified.
Group sessions are typically 60-90 minutes, unless otherwise specified. Group sessions usually have 6-8 participants unless otherwise specified.
Sessions are held at our Milton studio, which is accessed via a single flight of stairs.

We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Refund for cancellations within 24 hours may be offered on a case-by-case basis
No refunds are provided for no-shows.
Gift vouchers can be transferred to another person or session if notice is given and approved by Caira - Sound Therapy.

Health and Safety

Sound therapy sessions involve vibrational and auditory experiences.
The following are not recommended for sound therapy sessions:
- First trimester of pregnancy
- Individuals with a pacemaker
- Sound-sensitive epilepsy
- Serious mental health conditions
Participants should consult a healthcare professional if unsure about attending.
By attending a session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing during the session.

All participants must treat staff, other participants, and the studio environment with respect at all times.
Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from a session without refund.

Sessions are designed for relaxation, meditation, and wellbeing.
Individual experiences, vary; some participants may feel relaxed, energised, or emotionally affected.
Participants should drink water and allow time to rest after sessions if needed.

Caira - Sound Therapy reserves the right to update these Terms and conditions at any time.
Updates terms will be posted on this page and apply to all bookings made after the update.
