A small group sound bath to support deep relaxation. You will be immersed in the resonant vibrations of the gongs and other therapeutic instruments with time to settle onto your mat beforehand and gently reorientate afterwards. No experience needed - simply lie-down and receive.
Cancellation Policy
Life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule, please try to give at least 24 hours’ notice. Refund for cancellations within 24 hours may be offered on a case-by-case basis No refunds are provided for no-shows. Session tickets and gift vouchers can be transferred to another person if notice is given and approved by Caira - Sound Therapy.
